貿易術語理解的關鍵在于它是規定交貨和風險轉移的，誰交貨，風險從誰那里轉移？都是賣方，所以所有的術語首先都是從賣方的主要義務來說的，弄清了這一點，就自然理解了，不需要在那里瞎總結，比如說EXW，工廠交貨，賣方工廠交貨，你說這還需要賣方負責啥費用呢，什么關稅之類的，根本就不可能是他的事情了，反過來，DDP，連關稅都得付了，你說海運費這些玩意的誰來支付，當然是賣方支付啊！

cif這三個是只適用于海運的術語，另外三個適合一切運輸方式包括多式聯運

最大的不同在于，fob那組的三個術語，賣方都需要負責把貨物裝船

而fca那組，如果如果交貨地點是賣方所在地，則賣方需要負責將貨物裝上運輸工具；如果交貨地點是賣方所在地以外的其他地方，則賣方不需要裝貨
