第一步：安裝并運行firefox瀏覽器，在地址欄中輸入以上“DownloadHelper”地址，打開網頁就按照提示選擇安裝插件。

第三步：鼠標左鍵點擊文件地址，就彈出保存對話框，然后選擇保存地址，就可以下載了。

4、Cookies大法:

第一步：完整播放一遍視頻文件。(要看過一遍視頻或等整個視頻緩沖完畢，否則臨時文件來里面視頻文件還沒生成。)

第四步：右鍵點擊視頻url地址(紅色)，選擇下載工具進行下載。
