發外貿郵件有什么技巧?

一、郵件標題只能是客戶求購的產品名稱,而不要加其它的任何多余語言。這樣,客戶打開你郵件的可能性一般可達到100%;

二、開頭語簡潔帶過證明你是專業而老練的商人,可立即拉近與客戶的距離,而對商人來說過多的寒喧實在是多余;不少人喜歡一開始就說從何得知該客戶的。建議你一般情況下最好不用提,客戶在那里發布過求購信息,客戶自己知道,多說多余;

三、開頭語特忌諱主動過多介紹自己,因為會給人一種推銷的感覺,給人的第一感覺就不好。事實上,沒有幾個客戶會有耐心來閱讀你的長篇介紹的,不主動過多介紹自己將一定反而會給客戶一種很自信、很專業的印象,這種印象對你來說是非常重要的;

那么,“過多”的標準是什么呢?我們認為,介紹性語言超過兩句即是“過多”!

四、簡潔開頭后,你必須立即進入正文,即報價,因為客戶最關心的無非是產品規格與價格而已,你如不能提供客戶想要的東西,客戶回你干嗎?立即進入報價,證明你是專業做該行的,你是有誠意、實實在在想做生意的,大家的時間都很寶貴,都不想浪費時間,特別是歐美商人更是如此;

有人說,客戶詢盤中規格說的不全,無法報價,事實上,沒有那個外商會在詢盤中一次就把要求說完的,你可估摸著試探性報,報錯了沒關系,這只是證明你是專業的、多年做該行的,如所報的規格與客戶所要的不符,客戶一般會很快回復你并詳細告訴你他所需產品的具體要求的;有人總喜歡第一次聯系客戶時就問東問西的,有些國家的客戶(如印度、韓國)可能會耐心回你,但對大多數歐美客商(如美國)來說,他們一般是不會回復該類郵件的;

五、所報的價必須是實價,必須與現有的市場行情相吻合,價太低,客戶知道你不是做該行,不會理你;價太高也會嚇跑客戶,客戶也不會回你,所以,切勿亂報價,應了解清楚了、多比較后再報,對新產品、對外貿公司來說這點尤其重要;

六、第一次聯系客戶時,除非客戶在詢盤中提出,最好不要主動附上圖片,以免被刪或被國外反垃圾郵件軟件攔截;

七、與客戶第一次聯系最好用HOTMAIL郵箱,或在郵件中另附上你的HOTMAIL郵箱,因為垃圾郵件泛濫的原因,中國越來越多的郵件服務器被國外打入黑名單,你發的郵件可能最終進不了客戶的郵箱,或客戶回你的郵件你也收不到,這種情況已越來越嚴重,

而用HOTMAIL郵箱一般不會有這方面的問題;

八、強烈建議:如你不能報出有一定竟爭力的價格,請最好不要聯系客戶,既然報不了價自然就成不了,不僅客戶很可能不會理你,你又何必浪費你及外商寶貴的工作時間呢?對外貿公司來說,何不在貨源上多下點功夫,效果一定好很多!
