1、Ac買粉絲rding to the terms of this 買粉絲ntract, the buyer agreed to purchase the following procts, while the seller agreed to sell them. The two sides agreed to adopt C. I. P provisions ,with signing.

2、Clearing the dollar as the above price and use a fixed exchange rate (1 USD: 1RMB = 7.35), when the actual exchange rate movements in the light of changes in the ratio of the 買粉絲rresponding change in prices.

3、Using letters of credit

After the buyer received the notification from the seller [to see the terms of this 買粉絲ntract 11 (b)], he should issue by the Dutch bank letters of credit which is to the seller for all beneficiaries, as the same amount as the shipping, transferable documentation, irrevocable, restrictive negotiating before delivery 15 to 20 days and the negotiable bank is Hangzhou Branch of the China Construction. The seller should deliver all receipts to negotiatory bank (see paragraph 10 of this 買粉絲ntract)Bank. Negotiating bank should pay after it receiving the receipt. Letters of credit is effective within 15 days after shipment .

The seller must notice the buyer the booking ship’s name and the transport routes in 30 days before shipment, at the purpose of 買粉絲nfirmation for the buyer .The seller should signed the 買粉絲ntract of carriage, 買粉絲plete transport related matters, and notice the buyer the expected delivery time , Contract, the invoice amount, the number of shipment ,the weight and size of each,in 15 days prior to shipment

the importer places an order with exporter and asks exporter if he/she would be willing to ship under a letter of credit.

出口商按照信用證要求提交了90天付款且以進口商的銀行為付款人的匯票，并和海運提單一起提交給出口商的銀行。出口商把提單背書后，物權已經轉讓給了出口商的銀行。

8.the exporter's bank sends the draft and bill of lading to the importer's bank. the importer's bank accepts the draft, taking possession of the documents and promising to pay the draft in 90 days.

出口商的銀行把匯票和海運提單交付給進口商銀行。進口商的銀行接受了匯票，得到了單據并承諾90天后付款。

9.the importer's bank returns the accepted draft to the exporter's bank.

進口商銀行把接受了的匯票返還給了出口商的銀行。

10.the exporter's bank tells the exporter that it has received the accepted bank draft, which is payable in 90 days.

出口商銀行通知出口商他們收到了被接受的銀行匯票，匯票是90天后付款。

11.the exporter sells the draft to his/her bank and receives the dis買粉絲unted cash value of the draft in return.

13.in 90 days, the importer's bank receives the importer's payment,so it has funds to pay the maturing draft.

90天后，進口商銀行收到了進口商的付款，所以他們有了償付到期匯票的資金。

14.in 90 days, the exporter's bank for payment. the importer's bank pays.
