1、一定要自信

如果你先前了解考官和與其相關的人，話題涉及他們時，盡可能以自然流暢的語調來贊美對方，讓人感覺你是從心里發出的，而不是過分奉承和吹捧。

2、自我認識

想一矢中的，首先必須知道你能帶給公司什么好處。當然不能空口講白話，必須有事實加以證明。最理想就是能夠“展示”過去的成就。例如你曾為以往的公司設計網頁，并得過獎項或贊揚。但當然，這些例子都必須與現在公司的業務性質有關。職位愈高，自我認識就愈重要，應將個人的成敗得失，盡錄在日記中。這樣，就可以時刻都清楚自己的弱點與強項。

3、尊重對方

格外表示自己渴望認識對方，使對方覺得他自己很重要。如你知道對方的職務，可以多重復一二次地稱呼對方“某處長”、“某主任”的千萬不要直呼其名，以表示自己對對方很尊重，且很榮幸結識對方。

4、身體語言

清楚自己的強項后，便可以開始預備自我介紹的內容∶包括工作模式、優點、技能，突出成就、專業知識、學術背景等。好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司，應說些電腦軟件的話題∶如是一間金融財務公司，便可跟他說錢的事，總之投其所好。但有一點必須緊記∶話題所到之處。必須突出自己對該公司作出的貢獻，如增加營業額、減低成本、發掘新市場等。

6、鋪排次序

內容的次序亦極重要，是否能緊握聽眾的注意力，全在于事件的編排方式。所以排在頭位的，應是你最想他記得的事情。而這些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。與此同時，可呈上一些有關的作品或紀錄增加印象分。
