3.日期

日期一般是發信具體時間。商務信函因為涉及商務業務往來，務必寫明發信日期。一般采用以下三種形式：

(1)公文日期形式。即在信函簽署下方用漢字小寫寫明發信日期，如xxxx年八月十八日。

(2)阿拉伯數字形式。即在信函簽署下方用阿拉伯數字寫明發信日期，如2008 年8月18日。

(3)國際標準簡寫法形式。即在信函簽署下方用阿拉伯數字標記年、月、日，在一位數的月、日前加“0"，如2008年08月18日。

無論哪種寫法，日期務必寫全，以便存檔備查。如2008年08月08日，不能寫成“08年08月08日”。

4.附件

附件是隨函附發的有關材料，如報價單、發票、確認書、單據等。如果需要標注附件的，在信函簽署的下方可以標注附件。如果附件是兩個以上的，要分別標注附件一、附件二等。
