普惠制原產地證明書和一套不可議付的裝運單據須不遲于提單的日期通過DHL快遞寄給開證人。

5.The chidf difficulty in accepting your orders now is the heavy backlog of 買粉絲mitments. But you may rest assured that as soon as we are able to accept new orders, we shall give priority or preference to yours.
