基本上買家的詢盤可分為如下幾種:

第一,目標明確專業型.這類詢盤有如下特點:1買家信息全面.包括來自的國家地區,公司名稱,地址,電話,傳真聯系人.2需要的產品目標明確,有具體的品名,有數量,有交貨條件,交貨期等.3詢問的問題專業,問題詳細,但是內容簡明扼要.

這類詢盤是要值得你高度注意的,這類買家是比較專業的,而且他們有采購此類產品的計劃,所以針對這樣的詢盤要在第一時間專業、準確、全面細致的回復。

第三類,目標不明確型。這類詢盤多數是通過貿易平臺轉來的詢盤,有固定的模板格式,一來可能就要你發PRICE LIST 或者CATALOG。這類詢盤要過濾掉,但是不等不回,只是不要在第一時間給對方報價。建議你用發問式的回復來處理這類詢盤。比如可以這樣回復買家:我們的產品有幾十甚至是上百種,您具體需要那類產品,用于那些地方的?您的目標市場在哪里,具體的采購計劃如何?這樣我們可以給您推薦。如果客戶回復了,那么繼續跟進,如果客戶不回復,那么對我們來說是件好的事情,這類詢盤可以過濾了。

第四類,信息收集型。這類詢盤的的問題專業度遠遠超過我們業務的范圍,對具體的參數問的很細致,他們可能需要你提供樣品,他們會調查此類產品的市場,這樣的詢盤,如果是經驗豐富的業務一看就比較敏感,在回復的時候會小心翼翼的試探,很容易從對方的郵件里發現破綻。這些一定是同行或者競爭對手。
