3.出庫復核

這是倉儲工作的最后一個環節，必須把好這一關。

1）要根據存貨單位的備貨通知，搞好備貨工作，如發現入庫商品未全部到齊的、入庫商品在驗收時發現的問題尚未處理的、商品質量有異狀的要立即與存貨單位聯系，俟取得一致意見后才能出庫。如發現包裝破損，要即時修補或更換。

2）要認真核對出庫憑證和商品，做到手續完備，交接清楚，不錯發、錯運。

3）要分清倉庫和承運單位的責任，辦清交接手續，要開出庫商品清單或出門證，寫明承運單位的名稱、品名、數量、運輸工具和編號，并會同承運人或司機簽字。

4）要做到三核對，即提貨單與儲存憑證核對，提貨單、儲存憑證與貨卡商品核對，發貨人與提貨人當面點交共同核對。商品出庫以后，保管人員要在當日，根據出庫憑證銷卡、銷賬、清點貨垛上的結余數，并將有關單證交賬務人員登賬復核，做到賬、貨、卡相符。

商品出庫必須先進的先出，易壞的先出，否則由此造成的損失由倉庫負責。并嚴禁口頭提貨、電話提貨、白條提貨。如遇緊急裝車、裝船必須出庫時，要經庫領導批準才能發貨，并應在第二天補辦正式手續。
