格式分析

中文商業商務信函的寫作格式,如同一般信函,商業信文一般由開頭、正文、結尾、署名、日期等5個部分組成。 開頭:開頭寫收信人或收信單位的稱呼。稱呼單獨占行、頂格書寫,稱呼后用冒號。
