請問：外貿單證章要刻那些內容？什么形狀？具體用在哪些外貿單證中？

箱單，發票上有兩個章：

1、公司中英文，上面是中文，下面是英文的，形狀不限，一般都是長方形的！

2、法人手寫章，根據法人的簽名去刻的章。

公司章蓋上面，簽名章蓋下面。

報關單上：

報關專用章，去海關刻！橢圓形。

PS：在報關單上有一欄經營單位可以直接打印，也可以蓋章，蓋章的話是一個長方形的，上面是公司中文名字，下面是海關代碼。

關于報關：

1、做美金時，工廠自己報關。提供出運港，目的港。

2、做人民幣時，讓貨代公司幫忙報關。

3、給貨代公司寄報關資料：報關發票，報關箱單，報關單，核銷單（備案到出運港）。

4、報關委托書，準備4張蓋了單證章的空白紙讓貨代備用。

5、注意都要蓋好章，報關單上顯示的品名要注意，是工廠可以開發票的品名。

6、零退稅產品報關，要跟財務說，問財務報關金額怎么寫，因為要交稅，金額要少報。

4. Insert a time period of either “one (1) year” or a specific number of whole month(s) which total less than one year (e.g., “one (1) month,” “two (2) months,” etc.).

5. Insert the same time period as inserted in the previous space (e.g., “one (1) year,” “one (1) month,” etc.).
