外貿函電最常用的內容:建立業務關系、詢盤、發盤、回復、銷售合同、包裝、保險、賠償、仲裁等。

外貿函電基本要求:主題明確,內容簡潔,語言精煉,表述完整。

外貿函電的格式:有固定的語言、習慣用法和常用句型。
