國際貿易中具體的付款條件是轉賬30%作定金，尾款發貨前或是見提單付款，合同或形式發票里這樣寫：payment-term；TT-30%-as-deposit，Balance-before-shipment/Balance-at-the-買粉絲py-of-B/L。

國際貿易合同中主要的付款方式分為三種，信用證L/C（Letter-of-Credit），電匯T/T（Telegraphic-Transfer），付款交單D/P（Document-against-Payment）。其中L/C用的最多，T/T其次，D/P較少。

信用證，是指銀行根據進口人（買方）的請求，開給出口人（賣方）的一種保證承擔支付貨款責任的書面憑證。在信用證內，銀行授權出口人在符合信用證所規定的條件下，以該行或其指定的銀行為付款人，開具不得超過規定金額的匯票，并按規定隨附裝運單據，按期在指定地點收取貨物。

采用電匯付款時時，由匯款人填寫匯款申請書，并在申請書中注明采用電匯T/T方式。同時將所匯款項及所需費用交匯出行，取得電匯回執。匯出行辦理電匯時，根據匯款申請書內容以電報或電傳向匯入行發出解付指示。電文內容主要有匯款金額及幣種、收款人名稱、地址或賬號、匯款人名稱、地址、附言、頭寸撥付辦法、匯出行名稱或SWIFT系統地址等。

匯入行收到電報或電傳后，即核對密押是不是相符，若不符，應立即擬電文向匯出行查詢。若相符，即繕制電匯通知書，通知收款人取款。收款人持通知書一式兩聯向匯入行取款，并在收款人收據上簽章后，匯入行即憑以解付匯款。
