a)郵件標題只能是客戶求購的產品名稱,而不要加其它的任何多余語言,這樣,客戶打開你郵件的可能性一般可達到100%;

b)開頭語簡潔帶過證明你是專業而老練的商人,可立即拉近與客戶的距離,而對商人來說過多的寒暄實在是多余;不少人喜歡一開始就說從何得知該客戶的,我們建議你,一般情況下最好不用提,客戶在那里發布過求購信息,客戶自己知道,多說多余,不過,如是本網線下轉發給你的外商詢盤,加一句話也無妨;
