中文是賣方,而英譯是buyers,為什么呢?

解析:

打錯了，買和賣的音一樣，可見打合同的人用的是拼音輸入法。

另外，你可以從合同的價格條款可以看出來是賣方還是買方，如是FOB或CNF/CFR/C&F，則是買方投保，如是CIF，則是賣方投保。這是三種最常見的價格條款。

外貿合同是純英文的還是中英文混合的形式

一般中英文混合的比較多。

如果客戶同意，你也可以采用純中文，但沒幾個客戶同意，比如香港臺灣的客戶或許會同意。一般不宜采用純中文。

采用純英文也可以，但英文不是我們的語言，一旦產生歧義很麻煩，對我方不利。還有因為合同的審核管理（公司領導和財務，他們英文水平不一定很高）以及海關備案等，都是中國人在看在用，如果純英文不便于業務的進展。

所以還是大多中英文混合的偏多，但要注意措辭，一定要中英文符合。
