（15） 不可抗力:由于人力不可抗拒的事故，使賣方不能在本合同規定期限內交貨或者不能交貨，賣方不負責任。

Majeure：In case of force majeure, the seller shall not be responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of the goods but shall notify the Buyer by cable, The seller shall deliver to the buyer by registered mail.

（16） 仲裁：凡因執行本合同或與本合同有關事項發生的一切爭執，應由雙方以友好協商解決，如果不能取得協議時，則在被告國家根據被告國仲裁機構的仲裁程序進行仲裁，仲裁決定是終局的，對雙方具有同等約束力。仲裁費用除非仲裁機構另有決定外，均由敗訴一方承擔。

Arbitration: All disputes in 買粉絲nnection with this 買粉絲ntract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations. Where no settlement can be reached the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration.

外貿合同是純英文的還是中英文混合的形式

一般中英文混合的比較多。

如果客戶同意，你也可以采用純中文，但沒幾個客戶同意，比如香港臺灣的客戶或許會同意。一般不宜采用純中文。

采用純英文也可以，但英文不是我們的語言，一旦產生歧義很麻煩，對我方不利。還有因為合同的審核管理（公司領導和財務，他們英文水平不一定很高）以及海關備案等，都是中國人在看在用，如果純英文不便于業務的進展。

所以還是大多中英文混合的偏多，但要注意措辭，一定要中英文符合。
