那么，什么造成了大學生的就業難題呢?我想主要有三方面的原因：首先，在學生方面，許

多大學生個人知識或實踐能力不足，缺少求職技巧，對面試是缺乏心理準備。而且一些大學生擇業觀不正確，期望值過高。最重要的是，他們缺乏社會經驗。

其次，在學校方面，一些大學的課程設定不合理，無法適應社會對人才的需求;同時，畢業生的就業指導以及服務工作也需要完善。

再者，在社會方面，社會就業資訊體制不完善，一些企業或事業單位的考試存在不公平現象，就業歧視，比如性別歧視、戶口歧視依然存在。

面對就業難題，身為大學生的我們應有自己的未來職業規劃。對我來說，我文靜、耐心并且刻苦。我喜歡讀書與寫作，而且我主修漢語言文學，因此我有豐富的專業知識。我是校報的一名記者，因此我有著采訪以及編輯經驗。我希望未來能做一名編輯。為了這個夢想，在大學的前兩年我會努力學習，多去采訪與寫作，積極投稿。大學后兩年，我會去參加出版社的實習，積累工作經驗，多向前輩請教。

我相信，經過我的努力，我可以在激烈的就業競爭中獲得勝利。
