6）托運人將電放信或者電放號傳給收貨人，收貨人憑該電放信或者電放號及提單的副本在目的港承運人代理處提貨。

2、船東提單用電放，貨代簽發正本貨代提單

此種情況下，承運人將提單副本傳給貨代，由其確認，提單上的托運人填貨代名，收貨人填貨代在目的港的代理；貨代在確認后，提出電放申請；承運人同意的，將電放信或者電放號傳給貨代；最后由貨代在目的港的代理人從承運人目的港代理中提貨。

另一方面，貨代公司簽發正本的貨代提單給托運人，提單上的托運人填托運人的名稱，收貨人填目的港收貨人的名稱，目的港的收貨人憑該提單的正本在目的港，從貨代公司代理手中提貨。

3、船東簽發正本提單，貨代提單用電放

操作基本與上一種類似，此處為由承運人簽正本提單給貨代，提單上的托運人為貨代，收貨人為貨代在目的港的代理，貨代目的港的代理憑正本提單提貨。

貨代與托運人之間用電放，收貨人憑電放信或者電放號，在目的港從貨代代理人處提走貨物。

三、以下情況不適合用電放操作

1、以信用證或者托收為付款條件

2、指示提單或者空白提單
