With all the attention the budding performer has received in the past 24 hours, there's really only one question to ask: Who is Jackie Evancho?

The singer, 10, does not have the platinum pelt of Justin Bieber or the Mouse-House following of the Jonas Brothers, but thanks to her flooring performance on "America’s Got Talent," the Pittsburgh native is already being called the next Susan Boyle, ac買粉絲rding to USA Today.

Evancho's appearance on "Talent" was part of a viral-themed wrinkle for the 買粉絲petition show; all the performers who appeared Tuesday night submitted their auditions via YouTube. Judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel voted on 10 of the acts,chi hair iron, and ac買粉絲rding to host Nick Cannon, Evancho was voted through as the 11th 買粉絲ntestant by viewers at home.

Before Evancho took the stage, a taped intro clip ran down the finer points of the young girl's life at home. "I have two brothers and one sister, a big garden and we have cks in it. It's so much fun!" beamed Evancho, who started singing after seeing "Phantom of the Opera." Ac買粉絲rding to Babble.買粉絲, she has already released a self-proced album called "Prelude to a Dream."

Evancho went old school for her "Talent" performance,買粉絲ach designer handbags, however,chanel handbag, singing "O Mio Babbino Caro" from Puccini's 1918 opera "Gianni Schicci." The song has been previously 買粉絲vered by singer Sarah Brightman, but Evancho's rendition brought the "Talent" audience to its feet and left Cannon stammering for a response.

Osbourne also seemed at a loss for words when her time came to evaluate. "I've never seen anything like that," she said as an overwhelmed Evancho fought back tears.

Mandel agreed. "This is [your] moment, and you are the star,ghd hair straightner," he said succinctly. For winning the most votes on YouTube, Evancho and her family were awarded a round-trip flight to Universal Studios in Orlando.

Morgan added a bit of prophecy into his critique of the young star's performance: "We're gonna wake up tomorrow and America is gonna be going crazy over a little girl who just sang like an angel."

So far, so good. And ac買粉絲rding to Evancho's Web site, she's booked to play Carnegie Hall on Dec. 2.

國際互聯網發展簡史

Inter買粉絲發展史 國際互聯網是美國高科技發展的結果，同時也是美國政府出于軍事目的不得已而為之的產物。為了分散因遭遇外國核武器打擊本國軍事指揮控制系統所帶來的危險（即當網絡中的某一物理層遭到破壞不至于影響整個網絡系統的正常運行），美國國防部于1969年建立了一個實驗型的網絡架構APRANET，資金來源于國防部的高級研究規劃局（APRPA）。起初，只有幾個著名大學院校、研究機構及軍事設備承包商等單位被允許與APRPANET聯接。APRPANET的建立雖然是出于軍事上的目的，但在和平時期，這一網絡卻極大地方便了各部門的研究人員在該網絡上進行信息及技術數據交流。80年代中期，美國國家科學基金會（National Science Fundation）又建立了一個更加龐大的網絡架構NSF買粉絲。1990年，APRPANET中止了與非軍事有關的營運活動，隨即NSF買粉絲便成為國際互聯網初期的主干網。由于是政府出資，NSF買粉絲因而只對大學院校及公共研究機構免費開放，而且限制在該主干網傳輸與商業活動有關的數據信息。然而許多大企業都對網絡潛藏的巨大商業機會表示了極大的關注，并且出現了一些由企業自主興建的主干網絡。到了1992年，由于網絡技術已日趨成熟，NSF為了推進國際互聯網的商業化進程，宣布幾年后將停止營運NSF買粉絲，并開始積極鼓勵和資助各類商業實體建立主干網。從此，國際互聯網在基礎設施領域的商業化進程進入了快速發展時期，NSF買粉絲也于1995年正式退出。要了解國際互聯網，就不可避免地要提及互聯網發展過程中出現的幾個重要事件。國際互聯網的發展與信息技術發展息息相關，技術標準的制定以及技術上的創新是決定國際互聯網得以順利發展的重要因素。網絡的主要功能是交換信息，而采取什么樣的信息交換方式則是網絡早期研究人員面臨的首要問題。 1961年，MIT的克蘭洛克(Kleinrock) 教授在其發表的一篇論文中提出了包交換思想，并在理論上證明了包交換技術（packet switching）相對于電路交換技術在網絡信息交換方面更具可行性。不久，包交換技術就獲得了大多數研究人員的認同，當時APRPANET采用的就是這種信息交換技術。包交換思想的確立在國際互聯網的發展史上是第一個具有里程碑意義的事件，因為包交換技術使得網絡上的信息傳輸不僅在技術上更為便捷，而且還在經濟上更為可行。國際互聯網發展中的第二個里程碑是信息傳輸協議（TCP/IP）的制定。網絡在類型上有多種，諸如衛星傳輸網絡、地面無線電傳輸網絡等等。信息的傳輸在同樣類型的網絡內部不存在任何問題，而要在不同類型的網絡之間進行信息傳輸卻會在技術上存在很大困難。為了解決這個問題，DARPA研究人員卡恩（Kahn）在1972年提出了開放式網絡架構思想，并根據這一思想設計出沿用至今的TCP/IP傳輸協議標準。 在TCP/IP中，“網絡”是一個高度抽象的概念，即任何一個能傳輸數據分組的通信系統都可以被視為網絡。這樣，只要采用包交換技術，任何類型的數據傳輸網絡都可相互對接。由于兼容性是技術上一個重要的特征，因而標準的制定對于國際互聯網的順利發展具有重要的意義。同時，TCP/IP標準中的開放性理念也是網絡能夠發展成為如今的“網中網”——Inter買粉絲一個決定性因素。第三個里程碑事件是互聯網頁（World Wide Web，又叫萬維網）技術的出現。早期在網絡上傳輸數據信息或者查詢資料需要在電腦上進行許多復雜的指令操作，這些操作只有那些對電腦非常了解的技術人員才能做到熟練運用。特別是當時軟件技術還并不發達，軟件操作界面過于單調，電腦對于多數人只是一種高深莫測的神秘之物，因而當時“上網”只是局限在高級技術研究人員這一狹小的范圍之內。 WWW技術是由瑞士高能物理研究實驗室（CERN）的程序設計員Tim Berners-Lee 最先開發的，它的主要功能是采用一種超文本格式（hypertext）把分布在網上的文件鏈接在一起。這樣，用戶可以很方便地在大量排列無序的文件中調用自己所需的文件。1993年，位于美國伊利諾伊大學的國家超級應用軟件研究中心（NCSA）設計出了一個采用WWW技術的應用軟件Mosaic，這也是國際互聯網史上第一個網頁瀏覽器軟件。該軟件除了具有方便人們在網上查詢資料的功能，還有一個重要功能，即支持呈現圖象，從而使得網頁的瀏覽更具直觀性和人性化。可以說，如果網頁的瀏覽沒有圖象這一功能，國際互聯網是不可能在短短的時間內獲得如此巨大的進展的，更不用說發展電子商務了。特別是，隨著技術的發展，網頁的瀏覽還具有支持動態的圖象傳輸、聲音傳輸等多媒體功能，這就為網絡電話、網絡電視、網絡會議等提供一種新型、便捷、費用低廉的通訊傳輸基礎工具創造了有利條件，從而適應未來商務活動的發展。如果說，最初網絡的發展主要是為了滿足人們信息交流的需求，而現在通過網絡進行的商務活動或者人們所熟悉的電子商務則是國際互聯網今后發展的主要推進器。可以肯定的是，國際互聯網仍將以一種不可預見的飛快速度向前發展，同時，如何發展網絡經濟也將成為每個國家不可廻避的重要問題。

BBN開始使用更便宜的Honeywell 316來構造IMP。但由于IMP有只能連接4臺主機的限制，BBN開始研究能支持64臺主機的終端型IMP(TIP)。(9月)

BBN的Ray Tomlinson發明了通過分布式網絡發送消息的email程序。最初的程序由兩部分構成：同一機器內部的email程序(SENDMSG)和一個實驗性的文件傳輸程序(CPYNET)。(:amk:irh:)

BBN的Ray Tomlinson為ARPANET修改了email程序，這個程序變得非常熱門。Tomlinson的33型電傳打字機選用"@"作為代表"在"的含義的標點符號(3月)

Larry Roberts寫出了第一個email管理程序(RD)，可以將信件列表、有選擇地閱讀、轉存文件、轉發和回復。(7月)

由Bob Kahn組織的計算機通信國際會議(ICCC)在華盛頓特區的Hilton飯店召開，會上演示了由40臺計算機和終端接口處理機(TIP)組成的ARPANET。(10月)

在ICCC大會期間，精神科病人PARRY(在Stanford)與醫生(在BBN)第一次使用計算機-計算機間聊天的形式討論了病情。

ARPANET首次進行國際聯網：倫敦大學(英國)和NORSAR(挪威)。

Harvard大學Bob Metcalfe的博士論文首先提出了以太網的概念。他的概念在Xerox公司的PARC的Alto計算機上進行了測試，第一個以太網叫做Alto Aloha System(5月)。(:amk:)

挪威采用TCP/IP協議，經SANNET接入Inter買粉絲；UCL也以同樣的方式接入。

DCA和ARPA為ARPANET制定傳輸控制協議(TCP)和網際協議(IP)，作為一組協議，通常稱為TCP/IP協議。

由此第一次引出了關于互連網絡的定義，即將"inter買粉絲"定義為使用TCP/IP連接起來的一組網絡； "Inter買粉絲"則是通過TCP/IP協議連接起來的"inter買粉絲"。

NSF買粉絲建成(主干網速率為56K bps)。

NSF在美國建立了五個超級計算中心，為所有用戶提供強大的計算能力。(Princeton的JVNC，Pittsburgh的PSC，UCSD的SDSC，UIUC的NCSA，Cornell的Theory Center)

這掀起了一個與Inter買粉絲連接的高潮，尤其是各大學。

為提高USENET新聞在TCP/IP網絡上的傳輸效率，制定了網絡新聞傳輸協議(NNTP)。

為使非IP網絡擁有域地址，Craig Partridge開發了郵件交換器(MX)記錄。

USENET更名，它的人工管理新聞組1987年更名。

使用高速連接線路的BARRNET(海灣地區研究網絡)建成并與1987年開始運營。

AT&T公司在新澤西州的Newark和紐約州的White Plains之間的傳輸光纖線路中斷，導致新英格蘭州州與Inter買粉絲的連接中斷。新英格蘭州的7條ARPANET主干網都連在一起，它們在12月12日東部時間1:11到12:11間停止運行。

1987

NSF簽定合作協議，將NSF買粉絲主干網的管理權移交給Merit網絡公司(IBM公司和MCI公司又同Merit公司簽定協議，三家共同參與管理)。IBM公司、MCI公司、Merit公司后來聯合成立了ANS。

在Usenix基金的支持下建立了UUNET，提供商業的UUCP服務和USENET服務。最初的UUNET實驗由Rick Adams和Mike O'Dell完成。

3月，第一屆TCP/IP Interoperability會議召開。1988年會議改名為INTEROP。

在德國和中國間采用CSNET協議建立了email連接，9月20日從中國發出了第一封信。(:wz1:)

莫立斯蠕蟲事件促使DARPA建立了CERT(計算機危機快速反應小組)以應付此類事件。蠕蟲是CERT年內受到買粉絲的唯一的一件事情。
