出口產品進行法定檢驗的，必須取得出口商品檢驗證書。提供出口合同和信用證復印件、商業發票、包裝單、報關單、出口商檢申請表等商品檢驗所需資料。

據合同或信用證上的裝運條款發訂艙委托書給貨代幫忙安排訂艙。FOB條款下，賣家提前聯系客戶的貨代公司，將貨物交付到指定地點。CIF，CFR情況下賣家貨運承擔，提前安排訂艙、確定船期等內容。

10、報關

貨物離境前一般要經過5個環節：出口申報，審核單證，查驗貨物，辦理征稅，清關放行。將海關需要的單據，單證準備好通過貨代或代理報關公司代理申報、然后海關對貨物進行查驗、海關開出稅單收取關稅、最后放行。

手續通關手續極為繁瑣又極其重要，如不能順利通關則無法完成交易。

11、交單結匯

1、采用L/C（信用證）收匯的，應在規定的交單時間內，備齊全部單證，并嚴格審單，確保沒有錯誤，才交銀行議付。

2、采用T/T（電匯）收匯的，在取得提單后馬上傳真提單給客人付款，確認收到余款后再將提單正本及其他文件寄給客人。

3、如果T/T收匯（電匯）的，要求收全款才能做柜的，要等收款后再安排拖柜。拿到提單后可立即寄正本提單給客人。

12、核銷、退稅

第一次申領出口收匯核銷單，需要提前開戶領單（不然無法報關），憑海關注冊登記證明書、申請書、營業執照、外經貿部門批準經營進出口業務批件等材料到外匯局辦理登記。

報關時，核銷單是不可或缺的。報關后，自報關起兩個月內，要憑商業發票、核銷單和海關出具的出口報關單，到外匯局辦理存根手續。

最后就是核銷了，您需要在收到外匯之日起的一個月內憑核銷單、銀行出具的"出口收匯核銷專用聯"和其它材料到外匯局辦理出口收匯核銷。

13、業務善后
