國際貿易：記名提單，書上說銀行不愿意接受這類提單為什么呢？

銀行之所以不愿意接受記名提單，是因為記名提單不是貨權憑證，即記名提單不可以轉讓，且這種提單一經簽發，則貨權就直接歸記名提單上的收貨人所有，所以，對銀行來說，尤其是信用證是開證行，因為無法掌握貨權，還要承擔付款責任，那么就有付了款，但控制不了貨物，風險大增。

所以，這是一般情況下開證銀行不愿意接受這類提單的原因。

不管是銀行不愿意接受這類提單，對于發貨人來說，如果不是預先收齊全部貨款，也不會接受出具這種提單，因為，一旦收貨人不付款，那么肯定是款貨兩空。
