賣方負責將合同規定的貨物按照通常航線和慣常方式，在規定期限內將裝載與運輸工具上準備卸載的貨物交由買方處置，即完成交貨，賣方負擔將貨物運至指定地為止的一切風險。

7、DDP

全拼：Delivered Duty Paid

中文含義：完稅后交貨

賣方在指定的目的地辦完清關手續將在交貨的運輸工具上尚未卸下的貨物交給買方處置，即完成交貨。

DDP是賣方承擔的責任最大、負擔的費用最多的一個術語，賣方承擔將貨物運至目的地的一切風險和費用，包括在需要辦理海關手續時在目的地應繳納的任何進口稅費。

1、FAS

全拼：Free Alongside Ship

中文含義：裝運港船邊交貨

賣方在指定的裝運港，將貨物交付至買方指定的船邊，如置于碼頭或駁船上時完成交貨義務。買方承擔自裝運港船邊（或駁船）起的一切費用和風險。

在大宗貨物的貿易中，特別是小麥、棉花、大豆、礦石等初級產品貿易中，出口商通常采用該術語。

2、FOB

全拼：Free On Board

中文含義：裝運港船上交貨

賣方在指定的裝運港，將貨物裝上買方指定的船舶時，賣方完成其交貨義務。賣方應負責辦理出口清關手續，在合同規定的裝運港和規定的期限內，將貨物交到買方指派的船上，承擔貨物在裝運港越過船舷之前的一切風險，并及時通知買方。船開后，一切事宜都由買方負責。

FOB=EXW+運輸費用/裝卸費用+貨代費（裝柜費+報關費等）

Ps：本條中風險轉移規則已經《2010年國際貿易術語解釋通則》修改，裝運港貨物裝運上船后，風險轉移給買方。

3、CFR

全拼：Cost and Freigh

中文含義：成本加運費

賣方在裝運港船上交貨，同時賣方須訂立運輸合同，支付貨物至指定目的港的運費，按合同規定的裝運港和裝運期限將貨物裝上船并及時通知買家。

4、CIF

全拼：Cost Insurance and Freight

中文含義：成本加保險費、運費

CIF= CFR+保險費=FOB+運費+保險費

在CFR基礎上，賣方需要負責辦理貨物運輸保險，為運輸途中貨物的滅失或損壞風險辦理保險。
