《兒童權利公約》（1992年4月2日在中國生效）中載明：為本公約之目的，兒童系指18周歲以下的任何人，除非對其使用之法律規定成年年齡低于18歲。

《中華人民共和國未成年人保護法》第二條本法所稱未成年人是指未滿十八周歲的公民。由此可見，在我國兒童是指18歲以下任何人。

北京環球影城將兒童票的年齡段限定在3周歲（含）至11周歲（含）明顯縮短了兒童的法定年齡段，這一限定與法律相抵觸，屬于違法。

而標準票年齡范圍設定在12周歲（含）到64周歲（含），將12周歲至18周歲，本應屬于兒童階段的歲數，包含在成年人的范圍，顯然提高了12周歲至18周歲兒童的負擔，減損了這個年齡段兒童所享有的權利，屬于侵權。

法律依據：

《中華人民共和國未成年人保護法》第四十四條愛國主義教育基地、圖書館、青少年宮、兒童活動中心、兒童之家應當對未成年人免費開放；博物館、紀念館、科技館、展覽館、美術館、文化館、社區公益性互聯網上網服務場所以及影劇院、體育場館、動物園、植物園、公園等場所，應當按照有關規定對未成年人免費或者優惠開放之規定，北京某影城剝奪了兒童法定享有免費或者優惠觀影的權利，應當予以糾正。

minutes,they would experience a time travel within which the visitors

had to get through a horrifying volcano and some terrifying
