好，現在再來談談怎樣的豐富自己的舞步。

一.既然不能從break dance中學到什么豐富的舞步為什么不到別的舞種里去學呢？像我自己的toprock里面就加了很多c-walk和house的腳步，不過就是因為跳breaking的時候用的音樂不一樣，所以那些舞步的速率變化方式就不一樣，所以出來的感覺還是toprock的感覺。其實不一定非要在街舞的舞種中找去靈感。很多其他的舞種的腳步都有很多值得學習的地方。推薦踢踏舞和牛仔舞。（前幾天我去看了river dance（大河之舞，世界上最有名的踢踏舞舞團）的表演，真是受益匪淺。回來我的house馬上強了一大截，當然toprock也有所進步）。

不過音樂跟得再好，腳步再豐富了可能也不能單用toprock就讓全場沸騰。還有一個X-FACTOR, 那就是要會停。

學會停對于一切舞種一樣特別重要。（關于停的問題在后幾期的文章中還會繼續說明，而且在舞之神當中會做詳細的分析）

跳toprock的時候，抓住一個重拍，啪！

二.說完toprock, 再來說footwork。

先說個大實話，footwork可不可能完完全全每一拍都壓到？可能！但是千萬別試著這么做，特別扭，而且特丑！

在breaking里面除了toprock之外其它的東西都是要靠慣性來完成的（或者說利用慣性完成出來的動作才好看）。而要利用慣性的話就要在特定的時候加力。誰能夠保證需要加力的那一刻正好就在拍子上呢？對于footwork來說，講利用音樂可能會更好一些吧。你battle的時候不可能說去選擇音樂。對power moves來說你可以等到有合適音樂的時候再去做。（一場battle中作power move的時間才多長）但是對于footwork來說就沒那么回事了（現在的battle很大一部分大部分時間是在footwork中度過的。只能說在隨著音樂的走勢和快慢的前提下，盡量的不去破壞慣性。

利用音樂有很多訣竅，其實footwork完全可以運用身體的上下起伏，身體伏在地下的時候雙腿的擺動和雙手支撐身體，一只腳在后面的點步來做到完全跟拍。但是這樣以來就會超級單調，而且缺少視覺沖擊。不能為了刻意跟拍而丟掉了breaking的最大魅力所在。所以，利用音樂的絕招還是一個字-停！而在footwork中的停有一個專有名詞“買粉絲ze”！.

其實買粉絲zes并不一定非要是只有頭和手之類的部位著地才叫買粉絲ze。只要是在做footwork的時候配合著音樂很干脆的擺一個只要不是站著的pose（當然要好看的）都叫買粉絲ze。最早的時候的買粉絲ze就是那個樣子的。只是后來隨著breaking的發展才慢慢得出現了各種各樣的高難度買粉絲zes.但是，慢慢的，買粉絲zes也就失去了它本來的作用，變成了break dance的主體了。（其實我自己的footwork也不好（我重新開始練breaking就一個多月，能好才怪了）。相信在這篇文章的讀者里肯定有footwork比我好很多的。希望這些高手們也能在回復中說說他們自己的心得體會。）但是，我始終認為，干脆才是買粉絲ze最重要的東西。要是你能又干脆又變態，那是你狠。但是如果只變態不干脆那就要被歸到雜技的范疇里了。
