1、現在使用較廣的基本都是外教社（上海外語教育出版社）、高教社（高等教育出版社）的教材。

（1）外教社的教材（第二版）如下：

綜合教程（就是精讀）主編是何兆熊，1-4冊是基礎英語，5-8冊是高級英語。

聽力教程共4冊，施心遠主編；泛讀教程共四冊，王守仁主編。

（2）高教社的《綜合英語教程》、《英語聽力教程》、《英語語音教程》使用度也很高。

2、有的學校的課程使用的是自編教材。

3、有的學校使用的是李觀儀主編的《新編英語教程》做精讀課本。它的內容太古老了，1985年出版后就修訂過一次。

一、主干教材

選擇主干教材很重要，選擇得好就避免了走彎路，但我這里說的僅僅是針對自學者而言，有老師教或上什么什么班的另說。

選擇主干教材有以下幾點需要特別注意：

1、教材須成系統的整套，即從0基礎的初級到中級結束為一整套。比如《新編日語》1-4冊、《標日》初中級共4冊等等。高階開始則可以是另外一個系統，舉個例子，初級中級用《標日》，高階用吳侃、木村的《高階日語》可以，高階用上外的《日語》5-8也可以。

2、教材要有比較好的磁帶或MP3配套，而且最好要日本人讀的課文錄音。筆者在這里是吃過虧的。比如說《新編日語》1-4冊的錄音，想必網上到處都有得下載，但筆者用下來卻很不滿意。不滿意主要是指讀課文的男聲（中國人），比較滿意的是第4冊里的女聲（四本書里女聲換了3次）。

注意點：（或許初學者認為這個問題不大要緊，但根據筆者的相關第二語言習得理論，筆者認為學習外語，而不是母語，別的都可以慢慢養成，只要不斷積累，包括日語語感、日語思維在內的一切都可以慢慢養成，但只有一樣需要盡早再盡早的，那就是口音。口音的養成一旦晚了，就很難再達到像日本人說得那樣地道了。原因是人的發聲器官群主要包括聲帶等是隨著人的年齡增長而不斷發育的，而人到了一定的年齡后，發聲器官長好后，要再來改變發音就相當困難。發聲器官完全長好從而口音很難改過來了的情況，也是有個體差異的。有的人17、8歲就改不過來口音了，有的人到近30歲再學外語一樣能處理好口音。但口音問題越早解決越好是沒有錯的。就筆者在一部紀錄片中曾看到過一個40多歲在日11年的在讀博士，在論文答辯前夕需要他的女兒來幫他糾正發音，而他女兒要比他晚來日本很多年，當時正在讀初中。這個例子很可以說明問題。再來想想身邊的例子。老人不管到哪里，口音總是原來的那樣，不會變的，而小孩只要換個語言環境，口音立刻可以變過來，就是這個道理。）以上說了那么多，就想說明，選教材要選有比較好的配套課文錄音的教材，選得好可收事半功倍之效。但初學者可能要問，怎
