2.8. In case of non-delivery of goods the Seller shall return the money within 240 (Two hundred fourty) calendar days from the date of receipt of funds on ac買粉絲unt of the seller. 若賣方未交付貨物，應在自賣方帳戶收到買方貨款后240天內返還買方貨款。

2.9. The last delivery of goods shall be performed by July, 31 2011. 2.9最后交貨的時間為2011年7月31日。

3. Acceptance and quality of goods 3.接收與貨物質量

3.1. Acceptance of quantity and quality of goods shall be performed within 14 days of the receipt of goods by the buyer from the carrier. 貨物數量與質量的驗收應自買方從承運人處收到貨物后14天內進行。

4. Claims 4.索賠
