三、選擇第一時間回復

這里說的第一時間并不是指收到郵件后馬上回復,而是根據買家的上班時間來回復,最好是在買家上班前一兩個小時內發出回復郵件,這樣回復的郵件就不會被沉到買家郵箱的底部,可以增加買家回復郵件的機率。

四、詳盡的簽名

簽名要盡量詳盡,包括公司的名稱、電話、傳真、地址、郵件地址、主郵箱及備用郵箱等。 外貿,是一個分析、回盤、跟進的一個重復、長期、彷徨的過程,但是只要堅持,掌握方法就能獲得收益;還有一點很重要,那就是對自己的產品要有信心,這樣你在跟客戶推產品時,你也會有信心。
