第一題因為也沒有具體要求公司及其他,所以泛泛寫了例子了.第二題就沒有寫過了,一般我們碰到的只是賣方向買方要信用證,之前要買方向銀行開具的就沒涉及了,哈哈~只在網上找了個信用證樣本.
