電話溝通，只要你克服了心理恐懼就沒什么難的，如果你電話交流機會多就很快熟練了，具體細節，比如什么拿筆記關鍵詞，什么主導談話多問，什么郵件確認，這些網上有很多文章，你可以去搜索下，不過都是針對新手的，溝通多了，就不用這些，直接電話解決，和國內打電話沒什么不同，只是換個 預言，就是這么簡單。
