The MSCI China A RMB Index is derived from the MSCI China A International Index but only includes securities that are accessible through “Stock Connect”. The index is designed for domestic China investors and is calculated using China A local listings based on the onshore RMB exchange rate (CNY). Also, the index 買粉絲nstituents are weighted by the security 買粉絲-float adjusted market capitalization calculated based on the Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF) and subject to Foreign Ownership Limits (FOLs). 境外投資企業轉股涉及的類別有

1.是特殊目的公司登記。境內居民個人設立特殊目的公司也相應存在登記、變更及注銷等業務。

2.是境外企業注銷登記。境外企業可能因破產、解散、清算、經營期滿等原因注銷，需要相應申請辦理境外直接投資注銷登記。

3.是境外直接投資變更登記。境內機構在進行境外投資過程中，會發生義務出資變化(含增資、減資)、實際出資減資、境外標的企業的股東股權轉讓以及相關主體檔案基本信息變化等情況，需要相應申請辦理境外直接投資變更登記。需要說明的是，境外直接投資和境內直接投資一樣，對股東的投資也要進行“實際”(指已經投資到位的)和“義務”(指尚未履行投資的計劃)的區分。尤其是減資、轉股時，應分析清楚是減實際還是減義務、是轉實際還是轉義務，并通過系統的不同功能辦理登記業務。

4.是境內機構新設境外企業登記。境內機構在境外新設(含并購)企業或投資項目時，境內機構應辦理境內機構境外直接投資登記，即新設境外企業登記。

5.是前期費用登記。境內機構在境外投資設立項目或企業前，需要向境外支付的與境外直接投資有關的費用，如繳納保證金和支付租用辦公場地等費用。支付相關費用前需要申請辦理前期費用登記。
