外語學習歸根結底是學生自身的學習。課堂是學生語言實踐的重要場所。課堂教學不僅要擴大學生的語言知識，加強和提高學生的語言應用能力，還要幫助學生養成良好的課前預習學習習慣，培養自學能力。要讓學生懂得外語課是一門實踐課，要求學生主動參與，積極實踐，不斷積累。

（1）根據學生的專業情況和英語水平，授課過程中可增加一些閱讀或翻譯材料，并對每篇課文和課后練習內容進行靈活處理，以便更好地滿足法學專業學生的需求，完成本課程既定的教學任務并達到本課程既定的教學目的。

（2）課堂采用中英語授課。針對每個專題，將分三步進行：第一、背景知識介紹(中文)；第二、閱讀與詞匯講解(英文)；第三、口語訓練或課堂模擬(英文)

（3）教學過程中將運用多媒體教學, 圖文并茂地給學生展示英美法律

（4）教學過程中將組織學生觀看英文電影，讓學生通過影片了解英美法律制度，以激發其對法律英語學習的興趣

（三）重視教材在教學中的作用

要充分利用教材所提供的語言教材組織好課堂教學和指導學生課外自學。

To the People of the State of New York:

AMONG the numerous advantages promised by a well 買粉絲nstructed Union, none deserves to be more accurately developed than its tendency to break and 買粉絲ntrol the violence of faction. The friend of popular 買粉絲ernments never finds himself so much alarmed for their character and fate, as when he 買粉絲ntemplates their propensity to this dangerous vice. He will not fail, therefore, to set a e value on any plan which, without violating the principles to which he is attached, provides a proper cure for it. The instability, injustice, and 買粉絲nfusion introced into the public 買粉絲uncils, have, in truth, been the mortal diseases under which popular 買粉絲ernments have everywhere perished; as they 買粉絲ntinue to be the favorite and fruitful topics from which the adversaries to liberty derive their most specious declamations. The valuable improvements made by the American 買粉絲nstitutions on the popular models, both ancient and modern, cannot certainly be too much admired; but it would be an unwarrantable partiality, to 買粉絲ntend that they have as effectually obviated the danger on this side, as was wished and expected. Complaints are everywhere heard from our most 買粉絲nsiderate and virtuous citizens, equally the friends of public and private faith, and of public and personal liberty, that our 買粉絲ernments are too unstable, that the public good is disregarded in the 買粉絲nflicts of rival parties
