第三條 工作時間和休息休假

二、甲方由于生產經營需要經與工會和乙方協商后可以延長乙方工作時間，一般每日不得超過一小時；因特殊原因需要延長工作時間的，每日不得超過三小時，但每月不得超過三十六小時。甲方依法保證乙方的休息休假權利。
