18仲裁：

在履行協議過程中，如產生爭議，雙方應友好協商解決。若通過友好協商未能達成協議，則提交中國國際貿易促進委員會對外貿易仲裁委員會，根據該會仲裁程序暫行規定進行仲裁。該委員會決定是終局的，對雙方均有約束力。仲裁費用，除另有規定外，由敗訴一方負擔。
