在國際貿易中，哪些買賣不適用《聯合國國際貨物銷售合同公約》？

1.購供私人、家人或家庭使用的貨物的銷售，除非賣方在訂立合同前任何時候或訂立合同時不知道或沒有理由知道這些貨物是購供任何這種使用。這種銷售交易一般被稱作消費品買賣交易，而不是通常意義上的貨物進出口交易，因此，不在公約的適用范圍之內。

2.經由拍賣的銷售。這種銷售交易通常是處于拍賣地法律的實際控制之下的，因此，亦不受公約的支配。

3.根據法律執行令狀或其他令狀的銷售。這種銷售交易不是由當事人的銷售合同規定的，所以，自然也就不能適用旨在確立國際貨物銷售合同統一規則的公約了。

4.公債、股票、投資證券、流通票據或貨幣的銷售。此類銷售不是貨物銷售，亦不在公約的適用范圍之內。
