回顧這兩個星期的英語口語練習，我們不禁發現這是課外知識的一個很好的延伸，從中受益匪淺。雖然我們平時口語課時少，訓練時間稍微短一點，但是因為時間不夠所以很寶貴。

在練習過程中，我出現了易怒、緊張等不良情緒，反映出我綜合素質不足、心理承受能力弱的缺點。在模擬表演和口語測試中，仍然存在表達不清、頭腦混亂等問題，這也讓我思考自己未來的英語學習計劃。我決定在以后的學習中提高。

實習，最大的收獲就是把自己融入到一種英語思維中，用英語思考問題，包括真正的問題或者想法。這些都是在現實生活中運用知識能力的提高。通過實習，培養了我獨立分析和解決問題的能力，增強了我們的集體觀念。實習期間，大部分對話都是和別人合作布置的。這也是未來工作的趨勢。當你加入工作時，很少有工作是由一個人獨自完成的。
