出國參加展會有哪些補貼報銷項目

一、中小企業國際市場開拓資金性質及來源

二、支持內容：境外參展、各類認證、國際市場宣傳推介、新興市場開拓、企業培訓會、境外投議標等六大方面。

三、申報辦法：申報時請詳細閱讀申報須知。

申報資格：

1. 具有企業法人資格，擁有進出口經營權或對外經濟合作資格，上年度海關統計出口額在1500萬美元以下;

2. 近兩年在外經貿業務管理、財務管理、稅收管理、外匯管理、海關管理等方面無違法行為;

3. 具有從事國際市場開拓的專業人員，對開拓國際市場有明確的工作安排和市場開拓計劃

注意事項：

無進出口經營權的企業，若現在補申請進出口經營權，原則上仍然可以申請展覽會補貼。現在申請進出口經營權，需要5個工作日左右，基本都會給予批準。

補貼范圍包括展位費和公共布展費，補貼比例視展覽會性質多少不等。

申報流程：

第一步：注冊：

1. 登陸網站。登陸中小企業國際市場開拓資金網絡管理系統。

2.在線注冊。通過網絡注冊企業基本信息。信息注冊成功后，打印注冊登記表(一式兩份)加蓋公章后，與工商營業執照、組織機構代碼證、稅務登記證、對外貿易經營者資格證書復印件(一式兩份)一并報送當地外經貿主管部門。

3.在線申報。待當地主管部門對注冊信息資質審核通過后，進入“在線申報”進行計劃申報。

4.一旦注冊成功，以后年度無須重新注冊。

第二步：計劃申報：

待當地主管部門收到企業資質材料并對注冊信息審核公示后，企業可進入“在線申報”進行計劃申報。

第三步：計劃調整

第四步：資金撥付申請

經 主管部門對計劃申請項目批復并公示后，企業可進入“在線申報”進行資金撥付申請。企業在完成資金撥付申請后，打印“項目計劃申請表”、“資金撥付申請表” 會同該項目要求提供的相關憑證資料復印件(所有資料一式二份并加蓋公章)整理裝訂后報送當地外經貿主管部門。(資金撥付申請時間一般在年度結束后一個月 內，具體時間以網站通知為準)

注意事項：

所要求的其他相關憑證資料清單附后。

需報送的材料包括：

1) 展覽組委會邀請函復印件
