外貿常用英語口語對話

作為經常與老外打交道的外貿人，應該會應付各種場合的情景對話。當然，很多人會自認為口語好，能應付，但是，一些話語的細節是否使用得周到，就需細細揣摩了。

1. 如何招攬顧客

一般程序：招呼—問候—尋找相關話題—理出商談頭緒。所以，打招呼很重要，無論顧客有沒有表現購買意愿，您都應該上前問候一句：“What can I do for you?”或“May I help you?”，也可說：“Can I be of any assistance?”，如果是熟客，可簡單說聲：“Good afternoon, madam. Something for you?”

2. 如何打開話題

如果顧客不置可否或表現出不耐煩的樣子，決不可輕言放棄，可以先說： “Everybody is wel買粉絲e here, madam. Whether she buys or not.(這里歡迎任何人光臨，買不買都沒關系)”，然后婉轉地問：“Are you looking for something?”。

3. 如何拉近距離

7. 如何選取工具

廣告信函、海報、優待卷等都是銷售的有效輔助工具，所謂“百聞不如一見”，一邊看商品，一邊聽解釋，才更易進入狀況。所以“I'll send you our D.M.”(我會寄給您產品的廣告信函)很有說服力。

8. 如何利用店鋪開張

店鋪開張和周年慶典都是很好的宣傳機會，因為本店新開張，因此給予優惠，或進一步說明“If you would kindly re買粉絲mend our establishment to your friends, the favor will be greatly appreciated”(如果您將本店介紹給您朋友，本店將十分感激)

9. 如何勸客戶抓緊購買
