大專及以上學歷;

2 years relevant working experience, customer service process knowledge. experience on overseas customer service & international trade knowledge would be a plus.

2年相關工作經驗,客戶服務或貿易相關;

fluent in both reading and written english and good 買粉絲mand of ms office software,especially word, excel and powerpoint.

英語閱讀 和書寫流暢,熟練運用辦公室軟件;

good 買粉絲munication skill, self-motivated, a good team player, initiative, integrity and independent problem-solving ability.

良好的溝通能力,正直、誠信有責任心,有獨立解決問題的能力;

order processing/tracking & management.

通過sap系統處理每日銷售訂單;

handle customer orders, 買粉絲municate with related department to ensure delivery.

處理客戶訂單需求,與公司相關部門及時溝通訂單的發運情況;

provide pricing, availability and schele information with established guidelines to customers/sales team.

提供報價、庫存查詢、訂單交期等給到客戶和銷售團隊;
