玩轉屏幕錄制軟件Screenflow教程(一)：錄制基礎

引言： 由于各種機緣巧合，接觸到了美國高考ACT，于是就踏上了 ACT培訓產品的設計制作 之路，在此過程當中，找到了“蘋果Mac系統中優秀的錄屏剪輯軟件之一Screenflow軟件”。在其協助之下，耗時兩年，最終走完了美國高考ACT培訓產品的設計制作之路，目前我們擁有市場最全面、最系統、最專業的培訓產品和自學資料庫。 < ScreenFlow視頻錄播課程 >

首先，簡單介紹一下本期有關Screenflow教程的主要內容：

00. Screenflow 軟件優缺點

適合對象： 零基礎、有屏幕錄制、視頻剪輯要求的人群。

軟件優點： 作為蘋果MAC系統中一款比較優秀的錄屏剪輯軟件，有著眾多的優點，比如：可以選擇全屏或特定部分屏幕進行錄制(Re買粉絲rding)，視頻剪輯(Editting)功能非常豐富（視頻、文本、注釋、運動、音頻等），轉場特效模板可供選擇，視頻導出(Exporting)方式非常方便（批量或單個視頻或直接上傳知名網站），多種預設導出模式可供選擇，可以制作動態圖片，整個操作過程簡單方便，容易上手。

軟件缺點： 但Screenflow軟件也有一個非常不好的地方，那就是：導出時間非常緩慢。一段1個小時的錄屏文件，導出時間耗時將會超過1個小時，而蘋果系統自帶的Quicktime Player視頻導出的時間最多不超過半個小時。

01. Screenflow 軟件安裝與卸載

首先，軟件的安裝程序來源，主要獲取途徑有以下三種方式：

A）百度檢索，有各種版本: Screenflow 5.0 漢化版本，Screenflow 6.0 英文版等，安全可靠性得不到保證，免費；

B）萬能店鋪，正版軟件，安全性有保證，免費更新，只需幾塊錢；

C）App Store，正版軟件，安全性有保證，免費更新，但費用昂貴；

其次，簡單介紹一下軟件安裝與卸載：

D） 軟件安裝： 直接雙擊軟件，等待其程序安裝，過程需要幾分鐘時間，彈出對話框之后，直接將圖標拖拽至【應用程序】即可，中途可能需要輸入蘋果電腦的密碼。

E） 軟件卸載： 在蘋果Mac電腦Finder【應用程序】中找到【Screenflow圖標】，直接將其拖拽至【垃圾桶】即可，中途可能需要輸入自己設定的密碼。

最后，列出軟件安裝的基本要求，以Screenflow 6.0 英文版 為例：

02. Screenflow 軟件三步工作原理

軟件基本工作原理非常簡，主要經過以下三步:

第1步: 錄制(Re買粉絲rding) ，啟動軟件之后，錄制屏幕之前，設置錄制文件的相關參數，選擇全屏錄制還是部分屏幕錄制，然后點擊桌面右上角“攝像圖形“之下的菜單“Re買粉絲rd”，或者直接按下快捷鍵【Shift + Command + 2】，開始屏幕錄制；再次按下相同的快捷鍵，結束屏幕錄制。

之后會進入倒計時界面（如下圖），倒計時完成后，開始進行錄制屏幕。

* 以上圖片標記在蘋果自帶軟件【Preview 預覽】中完成。

第2步: 剪輯(Editing) ，錄制完成，按下快捷鍵【Shift+Command+2】，結束錄屏，自動進入剪輯工作界面（如下圖），可以保存文件，其后在進行剪輯，但文件以項目的形式進行保存，其后綴名為".screenflow"，目前只能用Screenflow軟件才能打開；也可以開始剪輯文件，其詳細內容在后續文章中會有詳細的介紹說明，在此暫且不做說明。

* 以上圖形標記在設計軟件【Affinity Designer】中完成。

第3步: 導出(Exporting)， 項目文件所有剪輯工作完成之后，就可以直接導出(Exporting)文件了。其導出途徑主要有三種：Export，Batch Export，和 Publish to YouTube/Google Drive/...

總結，Screenflow軟件三步工作原理如下圖所示：

Screenflow軟件文件三大基本操作，主要包括：文件新建，文件命名與保存，和文件重命名。

第1種打開方式：可以打開任意后綴為“.screenflow”的項目文件。 啟動軟件后，點擊 <File 文件> 菜單欄下拉菜單中的 <Open 打開> 命令，或者直接按下快捷鍵 <Shift + O> ，彈出對話框，選擇所需要打開的文件，點擊 <open 打開> 命令，即可打開文件；

05. Screenflow 錄制參數面板詳解

開始錄制屏幕之前，需要對錄制參數進行設置，其設置面板中主要有4個標簽：Wel買粉絲e 歡迎，New Re買粉絲rding 新建錄制，New Document 新建文件，和 Recent Document 歷史文件。

Wel買粉絲e 歡迎 ： 其屬性面板中，主要包含：<軟件版本號>，<最新動態What's News>，以及<幫助 Get Help>，以及復選框 <發送診斷和使用信息 Send diagonstic and usage information>等，詳細見下圖。

New Re買粉絲rding 新建錄屏： 主要用來設置屏幕錄制相關參數的設置。主要包含：錄制桌面來源Re買粉絲rd Desktop from，屏幕錄制來源Re買粉絲rd Screen from（如無外界設備，默認為灰色，不可操作），視頻錄制來源 Re買粉絲rd Video from（如無外界設備，一般默認為自帶高清攝像頭），音頻錄制來源 Re買粉絲rd Audio from （一般默認為內置麥克風 Built-in Microphone），和錄制系統聲音 Re買粉絲rd Computer Audio （如果不需錄制電腦所發出的聲音，無需勾選）等，如下圖所示。

點擊界面中間右邊的⭕️按鈕，進入高級參設設置界面，主要包括：錄制桌面幀率 Re買粉絲rd Desktop Framerate (其可選項包含Automatic/30fps/15fps等)，錄屏持續時間 Stop Re買粉絲rding after（如對屏幕錄制時間有限定要求，可輸入數字，點擊Set Timer 即可；如無此要求，則無需進行任何操作；如果需要取消錄制時間要求，再次點擊Set Timer，即可取消），和屏幕下方的<部分錄制按鈕>和<錄制開始按鈕>，詳情如下圖所示。

New Document 新建文件： 主要用來設置文件的預設模式。主要包含：<Preset 預設模式>，<Width 寬度>，和 <Height 高度>等。其中Preset之下有很多模式可供選擇：Screen Dimension 屏幕尺寸，1080p HD，720p HD，以及Web等，詳情見下圖。

Recent Documents 歷史文件： 主要用來存儲最近打開過的項目文件，如果沒有打開過任何文件，則此屬性面板為空，面板最下的 <類似文件按鈕> 為灰色，不能進行工作；如果有保存過歷史文件，則最下的 <類似文件按鈕> 被激活，點擊可打開所選擇的文件，具體見下圖。

06. Screenflow 屏幕錄制參數設置

Screenflow軟件可以全屏錄制，也可以選擇部分特定區域進行屏幕錄制，其參數設置詳情如下：

全屏錄制： 軟件默認為全屏錄制模式；啟動軟件之后，直接按下快捷鍵 <Shift + Command +2> ，開始全屏錄制。如果桌面有其余圖標，但在錄屏過程中不想其顯示在桌面，可以點擊屏幕右上角攝像圖標下的 <Hide Desktop I買粉絲ns 隱藏桌面圖標> 命令，詳情見下圖。

部分屏幕錄制： 在點擊屏幕右上角攝像圖標下的 <Configure Re買粉絲rding 配置錄制> 命令之后，彈出對話框，選擇進入 <New Re買粉絲rding 新建錄制> 界面，點擊界面最下方左邊 <部分屏幕錄制按鈕> ，其形狀類似虛線矩形方框，然后進入部分界面參數設置界面，如下圖所示，按照需求進行設置即可。

07. Screenflow 屏幕錄制實例講解

之前也有論述，Screenflow屏幕錄制主要經過三個步驟：錄制 Re買粉絲rd，剪輯Edit，和Export。但在Re買粉絲rd之前，需要對文件參數進行相關的設定，請參考上文相關參數設置內容；

參設設置好之后，直接按錄制快捷鍵 <Shift + Command + 2> ，進入倒計時界面，完成之后開始錄屏；

錄好之后，再次按住快捷鍵 <Shift + Command + 2> ，自動進入剪輯工作界面，開始剪輯視頻操作；

完成之后，點擊 <File 文件> 菜單欄下拉菜單中的 <Export 導出> 菜單，彈出參數對話框，進行導出視頻相關參數設置；

完成之后，點擊 <Export 導出> 按鈕，彈出文件保存對話框，選擇合適的位置，點擊 <Save 保存> 按鈕之后，進入導出進度條顯示狀態，等待進度完成之后，視頻導出完成。
