一、實習的主要內容

1. 熟悉和掌握一般貿易的實際運用。

2. 參與國際貿易買賣合同的磋商，熟悉詢盤、發盤、還盤和接受環節的實

踐過程，掌握合同條款的具體規定與表達。

3. 掌握國際貿易貨物買賣合同履行過程中貨、證、船、款等內容。

4. 了解國際貿易買賣中貨款的結算方式，熟悉與掌握L/C、T/T、D/P、D/A

的結算程序和運用技巧。

5. 熟悉與掌握信用證的申請、開證、審證要點。

6. 熟悉海洋運輸方式的具體操作。

7. 熟悉各種單據的繕制與運用技巧。

了解如何在國際貿易貨物運輸過程中減少風險，熟悉與掌握價格術語CIF、CFR、FOB的細節與運用技巧。

二、實習主要收獲和心得

1. 實習目的

本次實習主要運用了Simtrade軟件，為我們這樣英語專業主修國貿方向，卻苦于沒有實踐機會的人，提供了一次寶貴的實習機會。而在另一方面，隨著對外經濟的發展，對于外貿人才的需求會越來越大，而Simtrade，盡管只是一個虛擬平臺，但卻有極為精密的設計，各個機構設置的也十分真實，并配有幫助，檢查和在線學習系統，來幫助初入茅廬的新手們更快，更好的掌握國際貿易的流程。

2. 實習安排

本次的實習主要安排于周二的課堂時間，持續時間為整一個學期。必須輪流擔任出口商，進口商，工廠的角色，并且在能力范圍內進行多單交易。

3. 實習內容

由于需要分別扮演出口商，進口商和工廠的角色，以便于能夠全面體驗各個廠商所發揮的作用。所以一開始的任務便是通過學號登陸賬戶，在“profile”一欄里填寫詳細的資料如公司名稱，企業法人，電話號碼，傳真號碼，公司地址等。在分別填寫完出口商，進口商和工廠的角色以后可以在淘金網中查看本系統張的產品展示一欄，選定希望進行貿易的商品。此外，我們還可以在“淘金網”上瀏覽其他信息，比如公司情況，稅率變化等。

(1)作為出口商。作為進口商，首先要發布廣告，在選定了稱心的交易對象之后，與之互發郵件，進行磋商。一定在郵件來往中達成共識，那么出口商就需要起草合同，并在合同由進口商確認之后，尋找工廠簽單生產貨物。在工廠成功放貨之后，出口商在CIF貿易術語條件下需要負責租船訂艙，報檢，辦理保險，報關，取回提單并發送裝船通知，辦理押匯，并且申請出口退稅。在此過程中，由于需要同時和進口商和工廠打交道，需要填寫的單據多達十幾張，因此工作量極大。

(2)作為進口商。作為進口商，第一步工作便是與出口商在互通郵件的過程中，將一些初步的內容談妥。然后在出口商起草完合同之后，一定
