SO 在貿易術語中什么意思

SO指的是裝貨單（SHIPPING ORDER）。

裝貨單是接受了托運人提出裝運申請的船公司，簽發給托運人的用以命令船長將承運的貨物裝船的單據。它既能用作裝船的依據，又是貨主用以向海關辦理出口貨物申報手續的主要單據之一，所以又叫關單。

承運人簽發裝貨單，即表明已辦妥托運手續，承運人已同意承運單上所列貨物，裝貨單一經簽訂，運輸合同即告成立。

FOB報價，也稱“離岸價”，是國際貿易中常用的貿易術語之一。

FOB（Free On Board的首字母縮寫），按離岸價進行的交易，買方負責派船接運貨物，賣方應在合同規定的裝運港和規定的期限內將貨物裝上買方指定的船只，并及時通知買方。貨物在裝運港被裝上指定船時，風險即由賣方轉移至買方。

1、在中國的碼頭交貨：稱FOB

比如約定在上海港口交貨，就叫做FOB SHANGHAI在這種方式下，除了貨物本身的價值以外，還要加上你把貨物運到上海碼頭的運費，和報關出口手續費以及上海碼頭上產生的雜費，才是總的成本價格。FOB價格是最基本的價格。

2、在外國碼頭交貨: 稱CNF 

比如約定在美國紐約港口交貨，就叫做CNF NEWYORK在這種方式下，除了FOB價格之外，還要加上貨物運到美國紐約的運雜費。

3、在外國碼頭交貨,同時給貨物買上個保險以免途中損壞: 稱CIF
