LEED認證、BREEM認證、Green Mark認證及DGNB認證、和我國的綠色建筑認證的區別在哪里，我應該做哪個比較

都是綠色建筑的評價標準，只是制定國家不同。

LEED認證：由美國綠色建筑協會制定。LEED以人類健康及環境保護等五個關鍵因素作為評估標準，這五項標準分別為：可持續發展，水源節約，能源效能，材料選擇，室內環境質量。

BREEM認證：BREEAM（BRE環境評估辦法）是英國建筑領域使用最為廣泛的評估辦法。在全球范圍內應用，BREEAM可用于評估單體建筑和位于相同和不同國家的一組開發項目

Green Mark認證：新加坡綠色建筑評估體系雖設立年限較短，但由于其操作性強，標準明確，有效合理，得到普遍的認可。

DGNB認證：是當今世界第二代綠色建筑認證體系，由德國可持續建筑委員會與德國政府共同開發編制，包括生態質量、經濟質量、社會文化及功能質量、技術質量、過程質量和基地質量六大領域，共六十多條標準。該體系已得到包括聯合國環境規劃署機構在內的多方國際機構的認可。

如果是國內戶主的話，建議做中國的綠色建筑認證，可以申請到政府的補貼。
