說實話，一上來先急著跟讀或學習地道的表達方法，你已經失敗了一半。

為什么看了那么多美劇，你還是說不了一口地道的英語？是因為你高估了自己的口語水平。其實你連一個元音都發不準。

我練習口語的時候，正是抱著這樣一種心態。

比較開始模仿時一定要說得夠慢

多慢？想象一下用電腦放0.x倍速的感覺。換句話說，就是在不打破節奏(連讀，停頓等）的情況下說到比較慢，能多慢有多慢。這樣能保證發音準確，以及鍛煉到正確部位的肌肉。

一定,必須要錄音。

很多人練不好口語是因為他們根本不知道自己的問題在哪。

舉幾個簡單的例子：

我們在發Bed的/e/時，嘴巴普遍張得太開，介于標準的e和a之間。

發/a/,/au/ /ai/以及/ei/時，嘴的打開程度都不夠到位。

發little, people, all的尾音l時，舌尖沒有頂上去。

除了每個音節的發音，需要模仿的還有語調，節奏（哪里停頓，哪里連讀，哪里放慢）以及每個單詞在句子中發音的輕重。

我覺得這個方法比較困難的一點是，有時你根本聽不出自己和原音的區別在哪。怎么辦？一個方法自然是多聽，培養感覺。至于聽什么，我下面會推薦一些素材。另外，我通常先假設自己說的全部都是錯的，然后一個字，一個音節仔仔細細去對比和糾正。千萬不能有“差不多就好”的心態，只要你心中有那么一絲疑慮：“我是不是說的和原音還是有點不一樣？”，就說明你的模仿還不夠到位。

2.用比原音慢大約一倍的語速，以一句話為單位，一個音節一個音節地對比和糾正。語調，節奏和輕重也要注意。

3. 當你認認真真練習完一小時之后，切換成正常語速。一經對比，你就會發現自己的進步有多大。

4.第二天練習之前，先聽一遍第一天的錄音找出不足的地方（雖然前一天你已經認為自己做到比較好，但有些發音的問題當下聽不出來），然后重復之前的步驟。直到有一天，你聽完自己前一天的錄音，實在分辨不出是一個Local還是一個中國人在說話為止。

請至少給自己三天時間。當你認認真真，仔仔細細模仿完這段話后，就能體會到這四個字：豁然開朗。

接下來你要做的，就是再找一段話，用同樣的方法開始練習，重復以上的步驟。
