Buddha said, "To keep the body in good health is a ty...otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear."[1] One of the most important things in life is to be healthy--not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Follow these steps to create a well-balanced, healthy life.
Part 1 of 2: Staying Mentally Healthy

Keep your mind limber. In addition to the fact that staying mentally active is emotionally rewarding, studies have shown that there is a 買粉絲rrelation between mentally-challenging activities and a decreased risk of Alzheimer's. Never stop learning, even if you feel like you’re “past your prime.”[2]

There are some very simple ways you can use to exercise your mind. For example, you can try taking a different route to work, or brush your teeth with the hand you don't normally use.[3]
