外貿函電寫作的7C原則是誰最先提出來的?誠心請教。

1，1975年，美國哲學家Grice從形式邏輯和自然語言邏輯之間的差別出發，提出了人類會話一條指導性原則－“合作原則”（The Coorperative Principle）。他從“數量準則，質量準則，關聯準則和方式準則”這四個范疇說明了“說什么”和“怎么說”的問題。“正是交談者之間的這種合作使得他們能夠持續的進行有意義的言語交際”（何兆熊，1987）。

2，1983年，在吸收了Grice研究結果的基礎上，Leech在《語用學原則》（Principles of Pragmatics）一書中系統的提出了“禮貌原則”理論。認為禮貌原則應該包含策略，大方，贊譽，謙虛，一致和同情這六條準則。

3，1984年Bobby D.Sorrels在《Business Communication Fundamentals》一書中總結了6個C的原則，即：“簡潔，準確，清楚，文采，體諒及連貫”。在此基礎上，國內的學者也對其進行了補充和完善。其中最具代表性的是陳桂峰在《外貿英語函電寫作中存在的誤區及其對策》（2002）中指出了“清楚，簡潔，正確，禮貌，完整和會話語調”這六項原則，指出了要會使用委婉語，避免使用大詞，通過對寫作總體的認識避免語意的含糊，保證結構的完整。

4，2001年以陸墨珠，莊學藝和周耀宗為代表提出了今天普遍認可的7C原則。“禮貌，體貼，完整，清楚，簡潔，具體，準確”這是現在在外貿函電的寫作中人們常用的七項基本原則，它綜合了各方面的說法，從一個更為廣泛的角度去解釋商務信函寫作應遵循的原則。

順便說明一下，這本書前面一部分是英語，然后有中文解釋，每課后有習題，我們開始不知道書后面有習題答案！！呵呵，再后面有課文的翻譯，因為像商務信件之類的文章我們看不懂。

總之，這本書很不錯，不然我們學校也不會選做教材吖~~呵呵。

外貿函電寫作的第8c原則？

商務信函寫作遵循7C原則，即清晰(Clearness)、簡潔（Conciseness）、準確（Correctness)、具體（買粉絲ncreteness）、周到（Consideration）、禮貌(Courtesy)以及完整(Completeness)。

清晰(Clearness)

這一寫作原則要求寫信人必須清楚寫信的目的，確保收信人能夠完全理解寫作者所要表達的意思，不會產生誤解。語言表達力求清楚簡練，切忌使用復雜的短語及句式。

簡潔（Conciseness）

用最少的語言表達最豐富完整的內容。在行文過程中盡量選用簡單常用、易懂、樸素的詞匯，采用簡潔，直接的句子，提高溝通效率。

準確（Correctness)

準確無誤是商業英語信函寫作中最最要的原則。

準確原則不僅僅指單詞拼寫、標點符號無誤，語法、結構格式正確，還應確保信函所涉及的信息、數字、事實準確無誤。

因此，在進行商業英語信函寫作中應反復審核相關信息，如：收信人的職稱、姓名、地址、交貨時間、地點、貨物品質、顏色、尺碼、單價、總價、包裝等。



具體（買粉絲ncreteness）

具體原則是指信函中涉及的內容、信息要詳實具體、豐富生動，表達要完整。

商務信函寫作中要注意避免類似：soon, good, nearly 等含混不清的表達方法。錯誤示例：I will send the samples to you soon. 正確示例： I will send the samples to you next Monday.

周到（Consideration）

寫信人要有讀者意識，也就是能站在對方的立場全面考慮問題，理解并照顧對方的愿望，需求和感受，正面、肯定的談問題，盡量避免重否定角度談。

在商務信函的寫作過程中，應從對方的角度考慮問題，考慮對方的處境，并預測對方接收到信函的反應，即寫作時采用you-attitude而不是we-attitude.

禮貌(Courtesy)

禮貌原則不僅僅體現在使用 Please, thanks you 等這些常規詞匯上面，在書寫過程中需注意把握行文思路。

要遵守國際商務往來慣例；尊重對方風俗習慣；語言表達要客氣有分寸，避免使用命令口氣；多用友好、肯定的語氣，批評建議時盡量用委婉語氣，回復信件要及時。



完整(Completeness)

商務信函應該提供所有必要的信息，使所有相關事件得到闡明和論述，相關問題得到答復和解釋。
