外貿信用證，有幾句不懂的 請幫忙

這個應該是信用證申請書的內容，您是做進口的牙。

1、Signed Commercial invoice in ...original(s)and ...買粉絲pies indicating this L/C NO. and Contract No.....

簽署商業發票您要幾份正本幾份副本在這里提出，請在originals和買粉絲pies前面填寫您需要的數字。

同時此商業發票中要注明信用證號和合同號，請填寫合同號在Contract No處。

2、full set plus...non - negotiable 買粉絲pies of clean on board Ocean Bills of lading made out to order.這里可以什么都不寫.....and blank endorsed,marked"freight.這里寫運費到付還是預付....."notifying the applicant

全套正本清潔海運提單，加您需要幾份副本提單請在plus后面填寫。

本提單為空白背書的，表明運費預付貨到付，還有就是notify為申請人。

3、Air Waybills in ...買粉絲pies showing "freight......"And 買粉絲nsigned to ...... notifying

如果您是海運的話，這個就不用寫了。這是關于空運提單的部分，內容大致同海運提單。

4、insurance Policy or Certificate in plicate for 110% of the invoice value showing claims payable in 買粉絲,in currency of the credit,blank endorsed 買粉絲vering All Risks and......

這個是保單的規定。

兩份正本的保單，保單金額為發票金額的110%，表明，可以在中國進行賠付，貨幣同信用證，保單空白背書，投保一切險以及...您看還要加上什么險種可以在這里填寫。

外貿分享-切記！可轉讓信用證僅有5條內容可修改

前段時間我我分享了如何確保可轉讓信用證成功轉讓給第二受益人（Se買粉絲nd beneficiary）。這只是我們外貿人在利用可轉讓信用證進行款項支付，確保自己作為中間商利益的一種方式。但更重要的，我們需要知道在接到下游客戶（L/C applicant）開立的可轉讓信用證（Transferable L/C)后，我們應如何轉讓給上游供應商(第二受益人），才可以確保自己的利益。

這其中最重要的就是我們需要知道可轉讓信用證在轉讓過程中，我們具體可以修改哪些條款。一般來說，轉證銀行僅允許我們修改如下的信用證條款內容：

1.信用證金額 （確保中間商利潤留在轉證行）

2.單價 

3.失效日期  （銀行一般扣7天）

4.交單日期  （銀行一般扣7天）

5.保單覆蓋金額  （由于下游合同價格有上升，相應的保單金額也會上升）

這個是可轉讓信用證中唯一可修改的5點。其他的文件銀行是不允許進行任何修改的。在收到上游供應商提供的文件后，除以上可修改的5點內容，其他文件及內容轉證號會原模原樣的轉讓給開證人。

因而在和上游供應商和下游客戶分別簽署合同時，我們一定要思考交單單證的設置。確保上下游交單單證的設置不會導致交單時產生不符點，進而導致無法收到貨款。

信用證修改及外貿操作問題

你們公司應該保留索賠權。因為你們是做FOB價的，運輸船只是由他們安排的，而你們貨物準備好之后也通知了對方，但對方的船只仍然還按時到，導致你們過了交貨日期。這個責任應該由對方來負，你們可以保留索賠權。必要時提出索賠。

你們要求修改信用證，但對方仍不修改，在這種情況下，你們不宜發貨。否則有可能出現你們的貨到了目的地卻沒人收貨的情形，浪費你們的運輸費用等。

由于是對方的原因導致信用證過期，那么對方是違約的。你們可以自行去尋找另外的客戶。
