為提高我們對常用的外貿業務單證，識別和加強單證業務操作能力的訓練而匯編。讓我們進行較系統的外貿業務綜合技能訓練，采取仿真模擬實際業務流程，一環套地進行業務操作訓練，為以后從事實際的外貿工作，實現零距離上崗作業打下堅實的基礎。

三、實訓內容及過程

1、綜合實訓的組織與要求

本次實訓動員，將我們模擬為交易的買賣雙方，每2人為一方，4人為一組。讓我們以一個實際的業務員、經理等身份進入角色，按業務的工作程序，操作技能規范，完成一系列的訓練活動。我們是廣州飛躍公司，是做為賣方，出口的是絨毛玩具熊。買方則是英國倫敦的一家dingdong公司。

2、制定出口經營方案

在出口貿易業務中，對外貿易談判的準備工作是不可忽視的。我方通過對國外玩具熊市場進行調查研究，選擇適銷的目標市場和客戶是英國倫敦的dingdong公司。根據交易的標的、市場行情等因素確定價格、數量、品質、交貨期等條款，制定出口商品經營方案。然后據市場行情、價格水平、供求關系、有關經濟政策、出口的各項費用進行成本核算，擬訂了一份cif報價策略。

3、模擬談判，磋商交易

我們是通過詢盤、發盤、還盤、接受這四個環節來進行模擬談判、磋商交易條款的。我們這組根據正確的信函格式，撰寫了買賣雙方交易中詢盤、發盤、還盤和接受的四封商業信函。我方根據買方發過來的詢盤信函，作出了相應的發盤，在收到了我方的發盤時，買方又對其進行了還盤，根據還盤進行最后磋商我方接受了買方的要求。這四個環節是我們在日常買賣當中討價還價的過程，而在國際貿易當中則用了這四個專業術語來定義。

4、合同條款的簽定和單證的簽定

在整個貿易當中我們買賣雙方總共簽訂了11份各種條款。首先，我們簽訂的是銷售合同，合同是一個法律文件，一旦簽訂對買賣雙方均有約束力。接著我方填寫了出口商品檢驗 申請書 、進出口貨物代理報關委托書、海關出口貨物報關單等公務證書，并且填寫了裝箱單、裝船通知、中國人民保險公司貨物運輸保險單、商業發票等商務單證。合同中的條款必須和內容是一致的，防止出現錯列，漏列等問題。在填寫單證時要特別的細心，注意日期是不容許有半點的差錯。

四、實訓心得

在這一周的國際貿易實訓當中，在老師的指導下，在同學們的幫助和自己的努力下，我把老師交給我們的實訓任務圓滿完成了。在實訓的過程中，我對國際貿易的一些基本的知識有了更深刻的了解，通過實訓，我對進出口貿易交易前的準備，經營方案的制定，模擬談判磋商交易，擬定合同單證，一些基本的操作從開始的一無所知到現在能夠應用到實檢中，特別是在對外貿易中采用哪種貿易術語，簽哪種單證可以降低風險和費用都有了一定的認識。也明白了，平時努力學習對理論知識是很有必要的，如果平時什么都沒學的話，那么操作起來根本就無法適從。還有就是有時候深奧的理論在實際操作當中卻是很簡單的，這會讓我們增加對這門學科的興趣。通過實訓，我覺得自己對國際知識的了解還是很少的，希望自己以后有機會多學習一些相關方面的知識。同時，我也希望學校在以后我們的學習中，那些操作性比較強的的課程能結合教材多開展一些實訓，那樣將會更有助于我們對知識的理解和掌握。
