RCEP的英文含義是什么

區域全面經濟伙伴關系協定（英語：Regional Comprehensive E買粉絲nomic Partnership，縮寫為RCEP）。

是由東南亞國家聯盟十國發起，由中國、日本、韓國、澳大利亞、新西蘭等與東盟有自由貿易協定的五國共同參加，共計15個國家所構成的高級自由貿易協定。

此協議也向其他外部經濟體開放，比如中亞國家、南亞及大洋洲其他國家。RCEP旨在通過削減關稅及非關稅壁壘，建立統一市場的自由貿易協定。經批準生效后，“各成員之間關稅減讓以立即降至零關稅、10年內降至零關稅的承諾為主”。

2019年11月4日，談判完成，但印度中途退出。2020年11月15日，15個RCEP締約方正式簽署協議。由此，該協定超越歐盟自由貿易區成為世界上最大自由貿易經濟體系。
