外貿催貨款郵件怎么寫老外才會付款？

借錢助人也好，來往貨款也罷，最令人頭疼的莫過于“借而不還，往而不來也”！一份完美的催款函，有時可以起到意想不到的效果；有時可以把錢要回來，有時可以作為訴訟過程中的有力證據

外貿如何催客戶付款?

1、內部催收/友好協商

（1）早預防，貨款到期前一周，通過郵件或電話等方式提醒客戶，若無回應，堅持多提醒幾次，避免客戶因忙碌或大意忘記付款時間；

（2）如果貨款已到期，加大聯系力度，讓客戶知道你已經開始追討貨款，保持風度，不偏激，也許客戶是因特殊情況仍未看到你的催款提示；

（3）貨款到期后一周，客戶仍無回音，則打電話詢問具體情況，了解未付原因及問題所在，如有爭議協商解決，并為客戶提供建議性的付款計劃；

PS：向客戶催款時，首先要十分清楚地知道每一份訂單、每一項貨款及每一個客戶的詳細情況，做到心中有數，有條不紊，這樣可以提高客戶準時付款的配合度。

（4）貨款到期后一個月，客戶仍未付款，則根據貿易條款收取拖欠貨款的滯納金，并將之明確告知客戶，給對方一定壓力。

2、委托專業的第三方機構催收

企業自行催收3個月，依然沒有結果，應該盡快委托專業的第三方催收機構處理。專業商賬催收公司的業務人員熟知當地的司法、商業環境以及關系網絡，并且催收經驗豐富，可根據債務方特點制定最合適的催收方案，本地化催收的成功率會大大更高。

3、訴訟催收

針對一些沒有還款意愿的老賴客戶，訴訟催收不失為一種有效的回款方式。這些客戶通常并未料到國內企業會起訴，因此一旦收到傳票，會及時聯系債權人協商還款。但需要注意的是，訴訟催收針對的是有能力還款卻拒不還款的客戶。
