外貿合同出現糾紛后，業務員/翻譯會被追究法律責任嗎？

1. lz不會被追究法律責任。根據我國民法通則雇主責任規定以及侵權責任法相關規定（如侵權法第三十四條 用人單位的工作人員因執行工作任務造成他人損害的，由用人單位承擔侵權責任。） lz工作期間因工作導致的損害由公司承擔責任。

2.lz的麻煩在于，你公司承擔責任之后可能會找你的麻煩，前提是你工作上有過錯或者違反你們當初簽訂的合同。

3. 建議：lz不是適格的訴訟主體，因此不會被告到，法律上不會被牽扯。lz還是盡快找到老板，或者自己先跟外國客戶商量解決辦法，客戶只是急于找到解決途徑，不到萬不得已合同雙方是不會鬧上法庭的。
